We are an organization dedicated to the proposition of honoring those persons in Drum and Bugle Corps, who over the years, have contributed to the development and excellence of the Drum and Bugle Corps activity by individual and collective effort and have exemplified the highest professional and personal integrity.
It is resolved that this organization will seek to preserve the history of Drum and Bugle Corps from the past, throughout the present and into the future, and enhance and support the Drum and Bugle corps fraternity.
Candidates for induction are chosen for their efforts in the categories of, but not limited to: Arranging, Designing, Instruction, Administration, Adjudication, Innovation and contest Promotion.
Founded in 1976, The World Drum Corps Hall Of Fame is entirely self-supporting. The goal of the organization is to induct new members each year and select the Senior and Junior Drum and Bugle Corps of the decade.
The membership has always been encouraged to lend their efforts and experience to any persons, corps or organizations desiring assistance in the enhancement and continuance of Drum & Bugle corps as an important medium of spectacular entertainment.
