Bill Graham has been active in Philadelphia-area drum corps since the 1950s, having marched competitively with the Rising Sun Cadets, and then with the Reilly Raiders in the late 1950s and early 1960s. One of his long-time instructors describes Graham as “extremely reliable and a consistent workhorse in the all-important harmony section of the corps.” He has been active with the Reilly Raiders Alumni Corps for a number of years. He and his wife Marge were instrumental in fund raising endeavors in the formative years of the alumni corps. He is also a former business manager of the corps.
