1992 – Brass caption head for Bush when they won DCA with their powerful “Sweeney Todd” show.

2009 – Chosen to do the special anniversary music for the Cadets.
Just a glance at his resume makes it plain that Dennis has performed with, instructed, and arranged for many of the highest quality ensembles in the activity. One can also see that he has paid it back, graduating from Kidets to Bridgemen, coming back to help the younger group and going on to form the Bushwackers when so many members of the storied 1981 Bridgemen aged out and went together to make that fledgling corps an immediate powerhouse on the all-age stage. He returned again and again to keep the Bushwacker reputation for great brass playing alive.
Dennis is a great player, a great instructor, a great arranger, and a great DCI judge, now recognized for his myriad achievements.
